If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and our team will be happy to make it right.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges may be offered in the following cases:
- If the item arrives defective
- If the item received is incorrect
Items should be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition and packaging
Special Cases
We understand that life doesn't always follow a timeline.
In certain special cases, requests made after the 48-hour period may still be considered. This depends on the situation being clearly explained to our team — and each case will be reviewed individually to find the best possible solution.
Please Note
- Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for change of mind
- Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production has begun
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
